The third painting in the series of Asian themes brings a peaceful, almost meditative atmosphere. A building hidden among the greenery and mist is reflected in the calm surface of the lake, creating a place where time seems to stand still for a moment. Capturing the reflection on the water and the subtle transitions between the mist and greenery was a challenge for me as a painter. The whole scene invites a person to pause for a moment, take in the silence around them and find a true sense of stillness within it.
