Rocky Stream is one of the paintings closest to my heart. It is a free composition combining different motifs from the natural scenery beneath the Tatra Mountains. It feels as if a person were surrounded by untouched nature, far away from the noise of civilization. All that can be heard is the murmur of the mountain stream and the breeze passing through the trees. The sunrays illuminating the quiet morning forest, together with the vibrant spring greenery, bring life and freshness to the landscape. The painting captures a moment when a person is alone in the midst of untouched nature and can forget about the world around him for a while.
